Chief Nursing Informatics Officer, Eclipsys Corporation
Dr. Bradley is the recipient of the Board of Directors Service Award for 2008 from HIMSS. She is qualified to speak on nursing informatics issues.  Dr. Bradley also serves as President of the ANIA-CARING and as Assistant Professor, adjunct faculty for the University of Kentucky, College of Nursing.  She is a past President of the Emergency Nursing Association and past Vice Chair on the HIMSS Board of Directors.  She is the 2005 recipient of the HIMSS Informatics Nursing Leadership Award and the HIMSS 2005 Board of Directors Service Award.  She speaks on a variety of clinical informatics topics such as system selection, implementation success strategies, clinician adoption, evaluation tools, and clinical decision support.

In addition to his role with Eclipsys, Mr. Cato is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, two prestigious nursing schools with which Eclipsys partners to bring healthcare IT solutions education into the nursing curriculum. He speaks frequently on teaching strategies for introducing evidence-based practice and IT into nursing education.

Richard P. Mansour, MD

In his role, Dr. Mansour supports Eclipsys’ product planning and development of clinical solutions and services. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of internal medicine, oncology and computer programming. Dr. Mansour has more than 20 years of experience as a physician and has authored many articles, participated in numerous clinical research projects and successfully developed software for the healthcare industry. His current focus in on Eclipsys’ growing Sunrise Clinical Analytics solution.

Robin Raiford, RN-BC, CPHIMS, FHIMSS

Ms. Raiford serves as a volunteer member of the Advanced Quality Work Group for the CCHIT, tasked with recommending criteria and testing to other certification categories to address higher levels of healthcare quality and safety. She is also the recipient of the Distinguished Fellows Service Award for 2008 from the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). She is qualified to speak on the ongoing process of developing guidelines for compliance with ARRA legislation as well as nursing informatics issues.
