Eclipsys continually delivers solutions that meet the specific needs of different types of healthcare organizations and their many different healthcare IT solutions users. This is only possible by building close and mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare organizations globally.

An important component of these relationships is the feedback, input, knowledge and guidance our clients provide in all phases of our product-development lifecycle — from initial concept through development, site testing, product launch and continued enhancement. Eclipsys ClientConnect™ supports a robust, integrated collection of programs designed to support the free exchange of ideas and reinvest the collective knowledge into current and future solutions.

Partnership

Outcomes Partnership Program

The Eclipsys Alliance Program provides a forum for Eclipsys customers to promote, publish, communicate, document, share and increase successes using Eclipsys solutions. Participating customers agree to actively participate in programs that facilitate the sharing of their information and insight with other healthcare organizations and Eclipsys. Alliance Showcase members represent the highest level of Alliance participation and regularly host site visits and calls with other Eclipsys clients to discuss and demonstrate how they are effectively utilizing Eclipsys solutions.

Special Events

Eclipsys User Network™
The Eclipsys User Network™ (EUN™) Annual Outcomes Conference is the largest and most comprehensive educational and networking event for Eclipsys customers during the year. It is a unique opportunity for customers to network with their peers, representatives of Eclipsys and many of its strategic partners to learn about current and new products and services and provide input into how to effectively use Eclipsys solutions to enhance the practice of giving and receiving care. Many customer suggestions that were first introduced at EUN have been incorporated into future Eclipsys solutions. The program and structure of EUN Annual Conferences is heavily influenced by the customer EUN Advisory Committee, which meets throughout the year to evaluate past EUN educational/networking events, dialogue with Eclipsys to suggest continued enhancements and help evaluate conference presentation proposals.

Executive Forum

Each year at the Eclipsys Executive Forum, leaders in healthcare come together in a relaxed setting to take a fresh look at the issues that keep them up at night. There we focus on helping executives develop strategies and best practices that will drive measurably superior outcomes — clinical, financial and operational — in their organizations. We aim to provide a setting, speakers and the chance to learn from other healthcare executives so they can return to their organizations equipped for success.

Eclipsys ClientConnect™ Programs

ADVISE Programs

Eclipsys engages a number of clients exhibiting thought leadership and clinical or business subject matter expertise in Advise Groups through web conference and in person meetings throughout the year. These groups provide an way for Eclipsys to dialogue directly with representatives of these targeted audiences to help us better understand their thoughts on the impact of current and anticipated healthcare industry trends and issues, how these impact customers' HIT needs, and how Eclipsys can continue to enhance its solutions to meet those needs.

ENHANCE Programs

During a release cycle, Eclipsys facilitates several customer sessions and workshops to provide direction for each Eclipsys solution. During these sessions client representatives interact with key Eclipsys Development and Solution Management Executives and assist in clarifying and prioritizing system enhancement requests, review code in development and validate software design.

Enhance Sessions

Each Eclipsys solution gets direction from its Enhance Group which, co-led by an Eclipsys solution executive converges throughout the solution life-cycle to clarify and prioritize enhancements, validate screenshots, workflows and/or prototypes associated with those business requirements in Enhance Sessions. Together, we partner to harvest and reinvest the collective knowledge and insight for future solutions.

Software Preview Program

The Software Preview Program is an online tool that provides Enhance Groups and other clients early exposure to new Eclipsys software solutions and features while still in development. Participants engage remotely as ClientConnect members to provide input while the applications evolve from an early version through to the final, fully integrated and tested application.

Early Implementer Program

Early Implementers access a solution before it is made generally available to other clients. Clients enjoy having early interaction with new feature/functionality and with priority support and implementation status.

Look Ahead Program

Look Ahead is a program for Eclipsys clients that have not yet upgraded to the latest releases. Participants can remotely access the current generally available code with a fully configured database to investigate and experience ways in which newer versions can support their business needs.

System Enhancement Suggestions

The SES Program provides a fast, convenient means for ongoing customer enhancement suggestions. Clients’ suggestions, submitted electronically through MyEclipsys.com, are carefully reviewed and considered by Eclipsys designers, solution executives and Client Connect Teams for prioritization into future product offerings.

Work Groups

Work Groups may emerge from other collaboratives to bring together a broad cross-section of customer and Eclipsys interdisciplinary team members to create specific outputs such as orders reconciliation workflows, processes or IT enhancements that can be leveraged in current Eclipsys products and enhanced in future offerings.

SHARE Programs

Share Groups

Share Groups are groups of client representatives who share the same practice venue (such as Emergency Department, Pediatrics, Oncology, etc.), organizational environment (pediatric hospitals, university hospitals or Canadian healthcare organizations), type of healthcare worker (physicians, nurses, pharmacists), or interest in a particular product (Sunrise Clinical Manager™, Sunrise Pharmacy™Sunrise Patient Financials™, etc.). They hold regular teleconferences or meetings to share information, collaborate, problem solve, conduct research and better utilize Eclipsys tools to manage their businesses.

Online Community

The Eclipsys online community, ClientConnect, is where Eclipsys clients and employees gather to communicate, collaborate, and discover improved outcomes and new ways to utilize Eclipsys software and services. Clients can ask questions and discuss issues with colleagues, and find information on Eclipsys solutions, events, and other related topics of interest.
