Prior to using the physician order entry at the bedside and by laptop, I always depended on getting those orders and then having those people come to the bedside after I had been there to see that patient. Now, I can sit at the bedside, do order entry and, many times now, I’ll have x-ray or EKG show up at the bedside while I’m sitting there still talking to the patient. So that process has certainly enhanced our turnaround times for those tests that are ordered in that way.
