Sunrise Record Manager

Automated management of the legal electronic medical record

Sunrise Record Manager™ automates the management of both electronic and paper medical records, while providing a transition to completely paperless medical records. For clinicians, Sunrise Record Manager means the end of trips to the Health Information Management (HIM) department and delays associated with locating or delivering paper charts. Clinicians can access longitudinal patient medical records whenever they need them from any location within the healthcare enterprise. Sunrise Record Manager allows business office staff to access consent forms, IDs and insurance cards captured at registration. The billing office can perform its own release functions for insurance, patient transfer documents and other inquiries.

  • Paper-to-electronic document transformation
  • Embedded deficiency management
  • Chart tracking and requests
  • Comprehensive abstracting with integration to popular encoders
  • Release of information and correspondence tracking

    Key Benefits
  • Reduces storage and retreival costs
  • Saves time and money
  • Improves physician satisfaction
  • Reduces HIM and billing cycle times
  • Improves quality and compliance

MidState Medical Center

“What’s exciting is that it’s both instantaneous and simultaneous. At any point during a patient’s episode, you can have a social worker, physician and nurse all looking at the patient’s record from different locations.”
